Ideology
Prenza is a socialist state governed by the People’s Socialist Party through the consent of the people. The Party and the people are one-in-the-same. The Party's purpose is to ensure the equality of all citizens in both liberty and opportunity.
All people possess a set of fundamental rights, not afforded by any single institution, but instead is inherent to their existence. Amongst those rights are the right to freedom, liberty, justice, equality, equity, and opportunity. To realize these tenets, one must have the unhindered ability to exercise their will without impeding on another’s and benefit duly from their work. Also inherent to all people is communal and good nature that promote these tenets.
In order to ensure the preservation of these inherent rights, the people must consent to create a strong, unified state that can defend their rights. The people exercise their will through local elections of representatives in the Party. These representatives serve to amplify the will of the people. In this way, the will of the Party is directly the will of the people and therefore must be absolute and omnipresent. The Party protects its people from the dangers of individualistic greed and, in turn, the exploitation of class divisions.
However, it is possible that under fixed circumstances, a person can develop an altered understanding of their nature. In this scenario, a person may behave in a way that might threaten the inherent rights of others for their gain. In capitalism, a select minority is bejeweled with the private ownership of public resources, to be propped up on the working class and profit from their labor. As a result, wealth classes emerge that allow for the perpetual exploitation of the working class by the capitalist class. The exploitation exists when a capitalist can pay a person one amount for their work and sell their product to another for a greater amount. This discrepancy represents systematic theft on the part of the capitalist, who uses the resources of humanity for their gain.
To further engrain this system of exploitation, capitalists establish a false reality, or false consciousness, in the minds of the working class to retain the working class ignorant to their exploitation. They are tantalized with a seductive promise that upward class mobility is possible despite the unequal access to resources for the working class. The ideals of liberalism support this narrative by emphasizing the role of the individual in creating their success as measured by wealth and defending the property rights of the capitalists. If such success is to elude an individual, they are persuaded to believe that it is their fault, not the system. As new generations are nursed on this promise, an identity centered around capitalism is cemented into the national consciousness. The fallacy that upward mobility is feasibly attainable under capitalism nurtures a docile, blind working class. Like a perpetual motion machine, this maintains the status quo in motion and serves the interests of the capitalists by discouraging class conflicts. Likewise, the imperfections of this system inevitably result in system failures, revealing the underlying falsehoods.
Capitalism, being an imperfect system, is destined to collapse. Inefficiency in its economy results in a cycle of growth and collapse. When it results in catastrophic failures that immiserate the working class, any delusions are dispelled, and the working class is made aware of their exploitation. The newly awoken working class is then led to pursue revolution in order to seize the means of production once held by the capitalists. Ownership is then transferred to the public sector for the collective ownership of profits through the newly founded dictatorship. The working class is then empowered to profit from their own labor and enjoy a life of leisure without persecution and prosperity. Without the oppressive force of capitalism to exploit their labor, economic classes dissolve, and machinery replaces tedious labor. A new consciousness forms where work is a voluntary act to express oneself and leisure a perfectly acceptable way to pass the time.

Prenza's Leadership
President: Sisto Jacobo
Head of Seven: Ivan Modesto
Head of Energy: Andrew Slade
Head of Health and Food: Kurtis Carmon
Prenza's Ambassador: Edward Wuesete
Regime Structure
Preamble:
The Socialist Republic of Prenza is unified under the singular leadership of the People’s Socialist Party with the promise of ensuring the land and resources of Prenza remain with its citizens. The government will provide security and guidance for its citizens in exchange for their complete cooperation and support for the People’s Socialist Party’s endeavors and enterprises. The single party leadership represents all of Prenza’s population as it leads them toward prosperity, unity, and equality under its socialist tenants, with an eye toward the future as the party oversees and guarantees great innovation while remaining rooted to the nation's culture and history. This is very similar to China's expressed goals as a nation and Prenza has taken great interest in replicating China's model of socialism given their rapid success in becoming a world superpower as a socialist nation. Prenza’s people will no longer be exploited domestically or abroad, when "certain classes controlled the means of production, they used that power to exploit the labor class." (Socialism) and this will not be tolerated. The united classes from Prenza’s peasants to its president are one in the same, all bound by their duty to their nation. The Party promises to ease and eventually erase class struggle as it builds toward a brilliant future where not only Prenza, but the entire world, can enjoy a peaceful, unified coexistence as one people.
Prenza’s Head:
Prenza will function as a whole body, with the head being the People’s Socialist Party under the leadership of its elected executive, the President of Prenza. The People’s Socialist Party and its leaders will act on behalf of its citizens, performing duties and obligations in the best interest of its people as it guides Prenza toward a better tomorrow with each passing day. In this capacity, the nation's leadership will act decisively, swiftly, and unquestionably, only asking for its peoples loyalty in exchange. Beyond the President, the head will be made up of The Seven, a group of seven advisors who will inform and help advise the president while taking on various responsibilities with the day to day operations of Prenza. The President and The Seven respectively will be carefully selected by the People’s Socialist Party in order to ensure the best leaders are being provided for Prenza’s people and ensuring that the Party’s vision is continued without delay or needless change, these leaders will subsequently serve four year terms with reelections being held as the Party sees fit. The Head of the Seven will break ties within the group while the President will have final say over every decision. All Prenzian policy will come from the Head with the ultimate goal of supporting Prenza’s socialist state, domestic interests, and international aspirations.
The People’s Body:
The body of Prenza will be formed by popularly elected individuals from the party by Prezna’s citizenry, directly representing their needs, concerns, and desires. 30 Local districts will divide the nation into manageable segments where representatives of the Party will oversee local, everyday life, ultimately being guided by the elected representative who will also represent their district in the Body. These 30 local leaders will act as representatives not only for the people, but also for the Party in the districts, and the opinions they voice in the Body will be heard by the Party and its leaders in order to give the nation’s leadership invaluable knowledge of its citizens. Ultimately power will remain under the Party’s discretion and use, but the division of the nation into districts and its local leaders will ensure that the Party remains connected to its people and disperse routine responsibilities throughout so that the Party can focus on goals and tasks for Prenza’s future. The local leaders will serve 2 year terms with no reflections so that the districts have constant, new and innovative leadership and they will be elected only with a ⅔ majority vote.
Our Arms:
The arms of Prenza symbolically represent the people’s will, with the left arm forming Prenza’s military leadership and the right arm forming Prenza’s judicial system. Prenza’s military will be guided by the Party and ultimately the President, with three generals in each branch chosen by the Party forming the everyday command. The military will be divided into branches between the Army, Navy, and Airforce, all with the goal of protecting the citizens of Prenza and enacting their will globally. The judicial system will first interpret and enforce the laws that form the constitution, while upholding the rights of Prenza’s citizens. The system itself will be made up of local courts in every district that will handle civil cases, larger circuit courts that will unify districts and oversee larger civil cases and criminal cases, and finally a larger High Court, that will interpret matters concerning Prenza’s constitution, the rights of its citizens, the Party, and other topics of supreme importance. Justices on the High Court will be selected by the Party after demonstrating necessary competence and desire to uphold Prenza’s goals and will, and will form a body of eleven qualified individuals. The military might of Prenza and the governing laws of Prenza will be absolute. Changes to either will be done first with a decision from The Seven, and a final decision by the President, and these subsequent decisions must be realized and accepted by Prenza’s population.
Divisions of Prenza’s Regime:
Beyond the aforementioned branches of government, there will be subdivisions that will oversee and guide the Party’s goals in multiple sectors of Prenzian life. The main nine divisions are as follows: Education, Health and Food, Energy, Labor, Industry, Environment, The Eyes, Development, and Economy. The Education Division will ensure each of Prenza’s citizens are adequately educated, prepared for the labor force, and faithful to the Party. The Health and Food Division will oversee the general well-being and sustenance of Prenza’s citizenry where no citizen should grow sick or hungry within her borders. The Energy Division will oversee Prenza’s gas, electric, and naturally powered developments so that the nation can act as a beacon for the future, day and night. The Labor Division will establish protocols, oversee corporations, and guide the nation’s workforce toward the Party’s common goals, with the vision of dividing Prenza’s resources equally among its laborers. The Industry Division will act as a major segment of Prenza’s future, as it launches innovation and creates technology that will improve Prenza domestically and internationally. The Environment Division will protect Prenza’s natural resources and beautiful landscape for generations to come so that Prenza’s harvests will be reaped for centuries. The Eyes Division will be the Party’s homeland security force, guaranteeing that Prenza’s citizens continue to work together and remain loyal to the Party while securing domestic interests. The Development Division will lead the nation's local development and uplift the masses toward their united future. Finally, the Economy Division will further Prenza’s socialist market and protect Prenza’s monetary interests at home and abroad so that they are not exploited, and "exploitation involves taking unfair, wrongful, or unjust advantage of the productive efforts of others" (Gilabert, Pablo, and O'Neil). Heads of each department will be chosen by the Party and serve 4 year terms and will be able to be reelected by the Party as it sees fit.
The Rights and Duties of the People:
The people of Prenza are a proud and honorable people. Prenza’s rich culture and history have combined to form Prenza into the beautiful nation it is today, and the people of Prenza represent their nation to the highest standards. The Party was created in order to continue and better Prenza’s current prosperity and to ensure that Prenza does not fall into dark times. To achieve these goals the Party demands undying loyalty, commitment, and service on the part of Prenza’s peoples in order to realize their socialist vision. The population is equal under the law and will work hand in hand to enjoy the fruits of all of their labor. In exchange for the Party’s demands the Party will ensure that not only the aforementioned equality is protected, but that the population is safe and secure to pursue their interests in line with Prenza’s interests. The people will have basic, unalienable rights such as: freedom of speech, press, and assembly, and voting. There are other rights and freedoms that are listed in Prenza’s List of Rights and subsequently in its governing law which are ultimately subject to the Party’s discretion and interests in bettering Prenza and which will be made known to the population. Prenzian leaders are bound by the law as well as the citizens, and every individual in Prenza is guaranteed a fair trial in front of their respective court, with the guilty being adequately punished and the innocent being protected. Prenza will recognize no organized religion or belief system within its domain, its citizens will remain loyal to the Prenzian government and its unique vision, the Party’s dogma will be enforced above all else.
Conclusion:
The People’s Socialist Party has the unique goal of equalizing and unifying Prenza’s people and the world's population. Ultimately, Prenza will come first, and its citizens will see the immediate rewards for their labor and loyalty by enjoying Prenza’s harvests and innovation. No citizen will stand above another within Prenza’s borders and the peoples undying loyalty to the Party will lead Prezna to a glorious future. From each, to each, for all.
