Executive Summary:
Donethal’s leader, The Anointed One, dictates how we distribute our vast oil reserves. High clergy members have been given exclusive access to such reserves that give them such high status in society. Trade measures are only to be discussed between ambassadors and The Anointed One.
Description of the Problem.
People, in the state of Donethal, work in conditions set to them by The Anointed One. As stated by our Zemani faith, one must act accordingly as it His will. As such, the resources that have been bestowed upon us have allowed for vast energy distribution. Our ‘oil lands’ provide our nearby cities with immeasurable amounts of energy. In the case of our refuges, Kurganites have self-sustaining measures as we do not distribute our resources. Once they have agreed upon a shared Zemani faith, will our clergymen take it upon themselves to discuss trade or sharing of our resources. In a theocratic government,
Proposed Policy:
In the decree of The Anointed One, he is to be trusted and held accountable for all of Donethals natural resources. He is divinely guided, so the people must work towards making his vision true. Energy, in this manner, is taken up in the high council and is ultimately decided from our nation’s leader. The select number of people that are given direct access to Donethal's resources, relish in the wealth that is accumulated. To not completely desecrate our Holy Oil Lands, we have focused on manufacturing factories that are closer to the outskirts of our capital.Pollution may be a bigger problem in the long run, as well as civil unrest due to factories being built away from our temples. As technology advances, we could turn this around by finding alternatives in energy. As a means to preserve our ancient lands. Our high abundance of energy, allows all 20+ million civilians to be blessed with the nation’s energy reserves. Because of the vast reserves, we are able to be self-sufficient when it comes to energy and resources. Mainly, we shall use the abundance as a wager tool to other nations that may need our services.
Conclusion
The state of Donethal relishes in our resources. Making our country to remain a highly valued nation. We pride ourselves in the abundance of resources for all who share in the Zemani Faith. Through His guidance, the ways in which we will disperse our resources is ultimately decided.
