Reporting

Any person who believes he or she has been the victim of bullying or prohibited conduct, or any person with knowledge of belief of conduct which may constitute bullying, should report the alleged acts immediately in one of the following confidential ways:

•  Complete form and turn into the main office attention "Dean of Students",FAS District Bully Reporting Form 

• Report box outside the Student Service Window

• Trusted adult
