It is our duty to inspire young people to see the true beauty of mathematics in the wider world by bringing mathematics alive, thereby making it exciting, relevant and easy. Our vision in maths is underpinned by our core principles of an AET Mathematics Education, which build on the aims of the National Curriculum to deliver opportunity and development for all.


We truly believe that our 8 fundamental aims create the greatest mathematicians and with theses skills they will succeed in everything life throws at them.

The structure 

 The Mathematics Secondary Curriculum is structured as a 5-year Programme of Study using the Mastery Flow Model as its main teaching approach. 


Ten Schematic Progression Maps listed below carefully map the development of key ideas within a strand from Year 1 to 11 ensuring that the learning journey is cohesive and that each new element builds on the appropriate conceptual components.
