ABSTRACT

Background

A 6-years-old female was referred to our clinic for evaluation of symptomatic tachypnea, exertional dyspnea and previous echo finding of unexplained right side heart enlargement. An isolated anomalous pulmonary venous return of both right pulmonary veins to the coronary sinus vein was diagnosed after echocardiographic and CT angiogram evaluation. Adequate choice of surgical approach was done.
