Where is Springy?
We enjoy recognizing our teammates for their outstanding contributions. In fact, we believe that honoring our teammates is so important that in February 2011, Mary Malpezzi hand-knitted (technically, she "felted" it) an adorable shoe-like creation we promptly named as the "Spring In Your Step Award".
Each week, a DTS employee selects one of their peers to receive this award. We now call the award "Springy" thanks to Nawal's video.
The person who receives the award has the privilege of passing Springy on to another member of the department at the next Team Huddle.
In the fall of 2012, we asked the Springy recipient to upload a photo in a mystery location and we will take guesses on where Springy was (a little bit like Flat Stanley meet Where's Waldo).
