Personal profile: I grew up in Kansas, Texas, Hawaii, and Iowa, and received a B.S. in History at Iowa State. I had visited our family cabin in Crestone, Colorado for longer than I can remember and decided I wanted to move here when I was in my early teens. I started working on computers professionally in 1995, moved to the Denver metro in 2000, and started working at St. Vrain in 2001 as the shop tech. I earned my MBA in 2003 or 2004 at CTU.

Professional profile: On the technical side, I'm comfortable on either Mac OS or Windows. I'm a little more "techy" on the Mac platform, particularly when it comes to working with the command line and scripting. My enterprise-level specialty is probably imaging, and I started into imaging computers from CDs and hard drives for initial setup in the mid '90s with a product I can't even recall the name of anymore! I've been a manager since the beginning of 2012, and I'm definitely still growing and love what I do.

Something you may not know: I wrote the content for and taught the first few sessions of a 400-level class for an online university based in Denver.

Getting to know me: What's my favorite movie? This can vary based on my mood, but right now, I'd have to say The Fifth Element. Weird fact that I never really thought about until it was pointed out - Zorg and Korben Dallas never meet in the movie.
