Below is a spreadsheet with the results of today's huddle exercise. I have added a column where I arbitrarily assigned a category to each Behavior that each of you presented. While you can (and should) look at the results and come to your own conclusions about it, a few things that jumped out to me are:

• 35% of the behaviors proffered relate to listening
• 38% of the points awarded went to behaviors related to listening
• The majority of the top 10 highest scoring items are in the listening category
• Strangely, in spite of the first three points, the lowest scoring behavior was "Good Listener"

Above and Beyond Cards: We are extending two cards this week. One to a community member in Loveland who returned an iPad (WOOT WOOT) and another to Locksmith Wayne Overdier in O&M for going Above and Beyond!
