Spring In Your Step Award: Debby correctly guessed Springy was with Al Capone then passed Springy on to William Schutt.
Activity: The group brainstormed based on the following question: "What actions, practices or behaviors foster great teamwork?" Each person wrote down one answer on a sticky note and posted it on the white board. Here is a summary of the responses:
