This week in social group, the students reviewed Zones of Regulation. Teachers role played during the mini lesson which behaviors that would be distracting to the students. As a class, we discuss how these behavior could make us feel and how they are 'unexpected behaviors' for the classroom.

After, we created anchor charts for expected and unexpected behaviors and how those behaviors relate to our four zones of feelings.

Students then got to be the role models! They modeled expected and unexpected behaviors for the group. The students had to decide what behavior they were showing and then they had to offer a suggestion as to what they could have done differently if it was an unexpected behavior.

The students then completed an exit ticket asking them to list how they can show expected behaviors.
