Zones of Regulation

This week in social group we reviewed the Zones of Regulation.

We discussed each zone, the color, what it means when we are in each zone, how we feel, how others feel, and how our body looks in each zone.

We then had the students use Chromebooks to write about and show how they look in a certain zone. This week we focused on the blue zone.

Students used Chromebooks too:

• take a photo of themselves as if they were in the blue zone
• they described how they look and feel in the zone
• they talked about when they feel in the zone
• they talked about what others feel when they are in the zone

Each week we will review a zone and complete the activity for each zone.
