Remember to "PAWS"

This week, the second and third grade students continued their "what is anger," unit by learning the strategy of PAWS.

Pause and think

Am I about to make a bad choice?

What will happen if I do that?

Should I do something else?

Next, they practiced identifying what makes them angry and strategies to show self-control.

We will continue this topic over the next few weeks.
