Exempt Session for private hearing before the Board per Chapter 279.15-16 of the Iowa Code.

Action and decision relating to exempt session private hearing and superintendent's recommendation on personnel employment.

5:30 PM - Closed Session pursuant to Iowa Code 21.5(1)(i) - To evaluate the professional competency of an individual whose appointment, hiring, performance or discharge is being considered when necessary to prevent needless and irreparable injury to that individual's reputation and that individual request a closed session.

Possible Action on Personnel Contracts.
