Second Reading:Board Policy #503.9

Policy #503.9 has been reviewed by a parent committee and  the policy committee.  The policy has been revised since the June meeting.  The new language and any additional language is in red, deleted language has a strike-through.

We would like to include the new policy in the student handbooks, and provide a copy to our athletes prior to the start of the season.  Practices begin the week of August 6.

Recommendation: Waive the second reading and adopt policy 503.9 as presented.
