Operational Sharing Agreements with Harmony CSD

    Superintendent Wells recommends the Board of Directors approve two sharing agreements with Harmony Community School District for the 2014-2015 School year.  The first agreement is to share Mark Porth, maintenance one day a week.  The sharing agreement will generate an additional 5 students on our 2014 certified enrollment or $31,500.  Harmony will also pay $19,000 toward his salary so the district will realize a $50,000 financial impact by approving the agreement.  

     The second agreement is to share Tonya Stutzman, human resource director one day a week.  The sharing agreement will generate an additional 5 students on our 2014 certified enrollment or $31,500.  Harmony will also pay $7,500 for salary.  The financial impact of the sharing agreement for Mount Pleasant is $39,000.
