2015-2016 Central Office Rental Agreement

The central office lease is for just the upstairs office 6,300sqft at $6.50 which is $40,950 for the year.  The city offered us a lease for the central offices and three classrooms which is another 2,190sqft. Which equals $55,185 for the year.  The auditorium and gym rental agreement will be a a separate contract still at the $10 hr for 200 hours of auditorium rent and $10 hr for gym rent for up to 390 hours.

Dr. Wells recommends just leasing the central office space 6300 square feet at $6.50 per ft. which is $40,950 per year.
