Unable to Enroll Student in Class or Group
The student does not appear in the selection list after you click the Enroll button in the class/group record, or the class/group does not appear in the selection list after you attempt to enroll from the student’s Enrollment panel.
The student already has an enrollment record in the class.
Look at the list of enrolled students on the Enrollment panel of the class or group. See if this student is displayed with either an Enrolled or exited status.
If Enrolled, you can now add hours as needed since the student is enrolled in the class/group.
If the student has an exited status (Left, Completed Class, Transferred, Dropout, etc.), click the green Re-Enroll Students button. In the selection window, put a check in the box for any student you wish to re-enroll. Enter the Re-enroll date in the bottom left corner, then click the green Re-Enroll Students button in the bottom right corner.
If the student status is Waiting, click the Edit (eye) icon to the right of the student record in the Enrollment panel of the class/group. Change the Enroll Status from Waiting to Enrolled and Save.
