04 This video will serve to cover a little basic information around the work order and we're going to work order search, work order process page, so I'm just going to search my work orders by a predetermined. I'm going to select my order and save a little time and a click or two. I'm going to go directly to navigation process. A lot of things going on on his page, but let's keep it short and sweet. Allah column one alloy per alloy or material per work order number. It's a pricing metrics, the [inaudible] process, and then you have a process use. Add it when you did order entry that it'll have a process description underneath it which should populate. There's a whip is work in process with history, op labor. All of them are links here. There's order specs. In this case, I'm using specification live around this site.
52 They're, you know, I have that volatile. Wow, that's an old SPEC, but that's. So I have this Pec Spec attached a process. That's fine. There's also a spec wine which gives you a warning about specs being superseded. On this case, I was allowed just a qualified employee was allowed to start a low because they don't have a hard stop in place in this particular, but that's under that spec warning, so the operations, there's the edit pencil. At each operation there's a delete column, there's a pricing column which is indicated by the dollar sign, Kappa calm scheduling column. There's a lynx calm and the operational detail. Also under this there is an actions I can add another operation. From here I can track a part to the next operation. I can do some pricing that can add a new concern from this operation as well if I want to re sequence.
51 Now, if you're using production pathway, I'm going to say before you re sequence something, look at your whip whip history or the whip follows or tracking follows some very strict rules you can. You can insert below, but you can assert a certain above. None of the words. What I mean by that is I cannot insert an operation prior to three or step two as I can insert an operation at [inaudible], everything will be fine, but if I try to make an assertion and step two is going to break tracking the way it is. So let's suppose that I can go back. So let's get downstream of this. If I wanted to edit, want to add an operation at step four because I went from that. That's where it gives me the insertion I typed pick and then insert my instructions in a way, you know, insert that operation there.
40 And of course when you add an operations system, reruns, it's pricing routines. So that hand blast as operational, not quoted pricing. I'm just a quick definition on the qt quote, quoted pricing of the click on the link. It will show me in a pricing grid the raw pricing of that operation on this work order. So in this case, for the operation, I have a $50 lot, charge her part and is coming from an operation operational quote. It's a quoted qt score 1:17 is an operational pricing. That means a quote, customer operation, price match. This is very important when pricing, how to line up these metrics of pricing. So had done on that. I'm next to that. There's the bar Mu Kappa, so there's a capital associated with the step and that's the cap number. Open the link just like you would pricing. There's also a cabin down below as well.
40 So you can add operations. Um, uh, in this case actions I want to add. The other option here is to add an operation, but an entire process. Alma, insert an entire process. Forty one, 40 and temper in my example here, my naming convention, and now you can see that, you know, my workflow changed dramatically. Had a contract review, racking and blasts it now cause they inserted at five. Then the whole operation contract approval again, my workflow inside yours and then it just flows down the page. All the Chevron indicating the first embedment of a process into a process and it's. And it's telling you the heart and from this process, that's how you can embed a process within a process, on a work order. If you have not tracked a process or cracked a work order, in this case, I have tracked this process so I will not be allowed to do what I'm going to try to do right here and that is to change the process on the work order is going to give me the general database error because the parts were already tracked, doesn't allow these, the changing of the process, so if you want to change a process on a work order, you can but no tracking, no.
55 Let's look at our web. No tracking can have taken place. No activity can take place there. I mean you can change your change it, but you cannot have activity going on to allow that change. A couple of quick items here. You can do a open process, advanced search dialogue. In other words, a search dialogue for this process around this work order process allows you to find processes within your system based off a couple simple rules here. In this case, I'm filtering by alloy and customer specific process only and what that customer specific means quoted to that customer. There's this particular one, a last supper, DCI grade one. If I remove the filter and search again, I get a bigger list of materials that match just an alloy match in this case, and I can also do a specification, a match sofa, music specification library, so by that alloy and that specification I have no matches, so that's a process search.
57 If you want to apply a different process, twitter search, different processes, cancel that. Next to that is a systematic review of process rights controlled. If I have rights, I can drill through that, the binoculars there into set up production processes and I can look right at the process and make an edit here. If I feel able to do that. This will not affect that work quarter unless I removed the process, but that could edit or manage the process from the work order page here in this little. This would be an intel plan of view of the processing. Though this is not applicable in this demonstration. I will double that in a another video with denim. Kind of conclude the basics of a work order process page. Some of the things you can do, they're always remembered the help requests is available.
