Production Pathway - Single Load Tracking
Video Text
04 In this video, we're going to take a little deeper dive into production pathway and work order tracking cylinder modules tab. Once again, production pathway open and it will open in the last remembered spot I was in my coatings work center, the logged on user, so it's showing up, you know, production path way coding is my work center logged on user. If I want to change my work center, go to work center leg, but we're going to do a couple examples here to get some more current orders. Hopefully we'll just pick it up on here. So I'm going to this particular order. I want to start to load, just clicks, load, start there, start it, gives me my equipment list and my work center and I'm going to pick the nun and then it gives me a start low screen, have a date and time right now and then all the parts that were available.
59 If I want to edit the part, quantity can edit and I can edit my part quantity down if I want to do a partial track. So. OK, what update that and a canceled, canceled. So I was going to go cancel. This will starting to load, just click the OK button and it'll start. It'll start running time. So if I want it when you know time goes on, I want to end a load, just go to the end load. And all this site is set to end load by selected. What I mean by that, under the tracking, there's a model load end by select, it means the order line you're on buy equipment or work order batch. So this can be set in the system default on your site, how you want that to end off. You set it by equipment or batch. I would recommend you use a laborer on the envelope or label on the envelope so it says and Bachelor and equip, something like that.
49 So you're reminded how you're doing it. So I'm just going to do a single order and to go and load and it'll give me my start time. End Time. As of right now, I want to edit it. I can go under the clock. I want to say actually ended up at 1:00 instead of [inaudible] or if I want to get more specific I can click in there and edit the time when I ended load load will end and the parts will move to the next trackable operation. Now if it's within the same work center, it'll show up on the screen. If it's in a different work center, it will not. It will move to the next available work center. So that's doing a single order track. All right, so if I want to track multiple orders, you know load on the right side of the screen, there's a batch, select as go down the list and select the orders and you can scroll all the way, whatever.
49 I'm just picking three in sequence here and you control this so there's going to what you group is a batch you control and then you can go to any of the orders of your batch and start loading. Now I haven't expired spec internal SPEC here, so it's good experience. Good. A good example here. You're not allowed to start this work order batch and I have a hard stop so I'm not allowed to proceed and it's an order 9:29, so I'm going to remove that one from my batch, but that's a specification requirement if you're not allowed to start because of the qualification. And that was looking at the employee qualification of Saunas. Start my bachelor again, but to get that warning because they don't have a spec there. Um, I picked my piece of equipment. I'm going to say it's, I'm plating line one and then it's, you know, it gives me my start time of right now and all the order operational parts and all parts and of course it can be edited or removed, divulge Labor tracking function going down here.
53 So I'm just gonna remove that user from this. So if I want to start my load now, I can just click start and it'll start to load and then they'll have a batch of liquid or load started in a batch. So let's go through the end load functions here. So you know tracking now if you haven't set your end load button to one of these other selections and buy equipment or a badge, it's always selected. If I want to do by work order batch and by work order batch, it's going to give me that order and any loads started in the same piece of equipment at the same time and then I can end by load, it's going to go back here, so I'm going to go the other option in and buy equipment and then it's going to give me a list of running loads in that work center.
48 Then I have to, I'm plating lines what I was using so then I have to pick my piece of equipment for what loads I want to end and once again you can edit your times, date, time stamps here, some military client clock set up on his particular site, so reading a military. So both features have that. She can pick a calendar date and they also have the now options, so I want to do that now. It just updates that particular time. If I don't want to end all loads, that can remove it and it would leave that order running at the time, but that's, that's fine. So I can OK that to end my load into parts, we'll move to the next available operation. So that's for tracking. Father Feature here. We'll show you under this load. Tracking is a cancel. That load was started and I'm not qualified so I can cancel that load specifications required. Doesn't allow me to try a cancel. Let's try that on a different one.
48 And there's my load. I'm allowed to cancel it. I OK that. And it's going to cancel a load. In other words, reverted back. Parts will be back available. If that operation instead of a running log. Where does that come to play? Um, I started a load I goofed up and it's easier for me just to cancel it and restart versus trying to fix it. All right, so let's move over into Labor tracking note. Two ways to do that. I'm going to start my load here in my piece of equipment and then this case I want to run Labor at the same time. I'm not going to do any part editing, which I could and I'm just going to OK my load start and because I'm doing labor, a labor type is required so I have to pick a labor type and you control that list that's under these set up list a hit. We have none run setup labor as examples. You can edit that list Ej want and then I can. OK that it'll allow me to start to load and then each will be indicated that I have a load running. Plus I'm also tracking labor with a number of log time juicers. That's when I go to end load.
01 It's going to, you know, my start time, my end time, all my parts. Um, here's my labor. I don't want to end it. I can de-select it and it will not end the labor time. But if you're tracking Labor that the operation is done, I would say you want to Andrew Labor, but it's up to you. And then I OK it and I'll get this pop up. I have an answer data questions. So I'm not allowed to end load. Does that have to satisfy the data questions first, which you know which alkaline soil tank was. My question here, I use a two 84 and those questions are totally, totally up to you. You build them, you build the responses and then OK that my data questions are replied to educate again and it ends my load parts move to the next available operation. So let's see if we can get up here.
53 Another example of a non trackable work order. That's not what I wanted to do, so I'll just wing this one so I'm going to start a load that this operation. Now I showed you how to do a bachelor election by the right column here. You can select, I want this, this and this, and a batch. Another way to do a batch load, you just picked a order from the screen, start load, pick your piece. You're going to type in who you are, typically a badge number entry, a you pick your piece of equipment, and then when you get to the start load screen, you'll notice there's this scan to enter here. And what's your scanning if you're using this function using a barcode reader and on the work order printed work order each operation stuff. We'll have a bar code on the site I have up here, I don't have that, uh, that turned on, so I have a little.
50 You can't show you that, but it's OK. There's a barcode for each operation is a member. You would scan the Barcode for the operation you wanted to add to the load and you could do this for repeated number of orders and add that order part operation to the load as well, is going to do the same tests that you do from parts have to be available at that operation when you scan it. If they're not, it will flash up. Parts are not available for sale, but in a, just a random number. While this case, that operation in entered doesn't exist. Um, let's, trey, no parts are available for that work order, that operation. So I just randomly picked a number, some number sequence, so when I start my load into OK's it, move along there. So let's general overdue of order tracking and labor tracking. I'm just a little more on labor tracking if I ever running load or not. If I want to start labor,
49 I get a simpler screen. You pick your labor type and logged on, user will be added by default. And this is the system setting. If you want that user to be able to add other people, uh, want to add my toughest? Maybe I've got a four Mike, three people working on something at the same time. It's all run labor and example in. OK, now I see you on it. Labor start that. I have three people logged on, so I'm using labor in that way. I can collect time for all three. And then to end the labor without ending the load under the end button here.
30 And you decide what users don't want to end all. I just OK it and away it goes and it ends the Labor. And that's also tracked as part of the work order history, tracking op Labor versus whip whip history. So that's the basics of tracking. Um, you know, we always have additional training available. And remember, under the help links there's training webinars and also from the modules, you'll see any module tab here with a little question marks. This is our training video library. Free to look at is the November release number member 17 on release. It's a new new q and it's instilling build out. And we'll keep going from there. That'll conclude this video.
