Rapid Add Maintenance Order (Note: out of date)

00:04 In this video, we're going to continue under the rapid ed tab on a rapid ad. We're going to have A. There's two options here for maintenance order or a maintenance request, and we'll we'll through both of them via rapid add maintenance quarter with the rapid address, kind of like adding a work order, except this time we're adding a new Tim Ochoa, and unlike a rapid work order screen is much shorter screen. You have your piece of equipment you can pick. And what happens here when you pick your piece of equipment gives you a list of all maintenance or a lot of lists, but I'll link there [inaudible] open maintenance orders for this equipment. I want to make sure I didn't duplicated. I clicked on it to continue. You can pick your maintenance type maintenance to short description.
00:57 You can pick a process here if you want or leave it blank. Depending on your site configuration, it'll give you a process description. You can give it a request date in the center owner here. Now, these can all be data default. What fields are required, and this is at a rapid ed maintenance order. Um, so we'll just hit the continue button and if I have all the required fields, it'll create the maintenance order and it'll take me to the processing page and the maintenance orders is now maintenance order [inaudible] and I'm on a process page and I can manage it from here. So we'll close out on the other tab. There is a maintenance order request, rapid rapid maintenance request, little different looking screen. Once again, it's the asset.
01:47 We have Sam [inaudible], new maintenance orders. There's also a button here for out of service if you want to. And it's rights controlled if you want to take the piece of equipment out of service, um, you can't from here by just looking at the box, you give it an owner. And once again, field required by default instead of maintenance type. I'm just descriptions. No, I should have a process set up, but this is just a maintenance request which doesn't require a process, doesn't even give you the option for a process. This is supposed to be meant to be quick and simple equipment. Who's going to own it to type in what, what the reason is. And when you hit the OK button, it'll create it and close the screen and the maintenance order would be created in the background. You could find it under a maintenance order modules, maintenance order search, and that'll conclude prepping it. Maintenance.
