Invitation to use Customer Connector
A user is invited to Customer Connector by email. When the email is sent, a record is created in the Customer Connector database. The record is used to identify the user for verification. There is an expiration date specified. The email with the link allows only one account to be created. The account is connected to the Bluestreak Contact.
Disabling or deleting a Customer Connector account
The account may be suspended or deleted from the Contact Editor. Setting the checkbox "Portal Is Active" to false will prevent the user from accessing information. Setting "Is Active" to false for the Contact has the same effect.
