A new property of Category has been added to CAPA. The values are user editable in Types (Capa,Category).
Linear Foot Property Added to the Order Part and Part:
New part property added: Linear Foot. Part and Order Part. Data Default for LinearFoot applies to Order/ RapidAdd, Order/OrderPart.
On-Hold Status for a Specification:
A Specification can now be marked as "On Hold". In intelliPlan, any process associated with an "On Hold" specification will be excluded from the list of possible Process to use on a Work Order.
Role for Editing User Roles:
A new role has been added to limit editing of User Roles to User RoleEdit. The default users will be anyone with User Update.

Allow Module Reports, Like Work Order, to be Restricted by a Role:
The report definition read permission may now be used to prevent viewing of module reports (Order, Invoice, Quote, etc.).
RAO- Show Active Quoted Parts in Customer Part Dropdown:
Added indication of Quoted Parts to part search list for Rapid Add Order and Order Part. This applies to Quoted Parts that are not real Customer parts, but marked as Real Part.
Allow Google Doc (url) to be Used for Portal Videos:
Videos from a url are now supported on the Customer Connector Video portlet
WIP History: Add "Added By User" Next to Date in Top Node:
WIP History top node shows the full name of the user who created the Order.
Added CPC's at the ProcessDetail & OrderProcessDetail Levels:
Control Plan Characteristics are now assignable at the Process Detail. When assigned, test results must be entered before the load may be ended
Allow a Dropdown List When Testing Test Results for TracklD1:
Tracking ID1 will be populated with the serial numbers listed for the Order Part in a dropdown list when system setting 716 is set to true. This eliminates double entry to ensure accuracy.
Allow System Setting and Customer Override for Requiring a PO# during RAO:
Requiring a PO at Order entry (and Order General) may be done per Customer. See Customer/Settings.
Add a Spreadsheet Attachment to a Quote Detail Line:
A spreadsheet (Excel) may be added to the Quoted detail to be used as a pricing worksheet. You may upload your own spreadsheet from the Company editor. A blank spreadsheet is available. NOTE: This functionality is ONLY available when you run Bluestreak on your own server(s); if you run Bluestreak in our Cloud, this functionality is disabled.

Vendor Part Color added to Shipment Part Grid. Shipment and Shipment Part Grids now support user configuration. (The Vendor Part Color column must be enabled to view. Remember to click the Refresh button on the Shipment grid to save the layout changes).
Allow Emailing of Portal News to Selected Lists of Contacts:
In the process of building out the CRM capabilities, a campaign (email) can be created and sent to a list of contacts (based on selected labels).
Notification for Batch Invoice Email Error:
If any errors occur when batch print or email of invoices, the error message will stay open and require the user to dismiss it. Upon success, the message will automatically close after a longer delay. Printed or Emailed date will be updated in the grid.
Customer Invoice Notes:
Customer Invoice notes are now presented for multiple customer Invoice creation. Previously, this was only supported for the single customer scenario..
Added Invoice Status Drop Down to Invoice Detail Screen:
The Invoice Status editor has been added to the Detail page. This will allow users to easily approve the invoice after reviewing the details.
Save PDF of the Certification After it is Approved:
Upon approval, a copy of the certification document is saved as a PDF attachment to the cert. This is a permanent artifact and will not change if the report is updated.
Parent Company Info to Customer Search Results and Filtering:
Parent Company has been added to Customer search
Scheduled Reports Time Setting:
The send time for Scheduled Reports may now be specified when scheduling reports instead of just after 12:00 AM. The time is approximate based on notification event processing.
New Role for Nonconformance:

"Project Number" added to Parts:
Project Number added to Part and Order Part. All Order Part Project Numbers may be made visible on Order General and Nonconformance General pages (see Data Defaults).

Restricted View feature to Specification:
A property to mark a specification as Restricted Viewing has been added. If this is true, a user must be qualified to that specification to view any part of the Order.
PP Labor Status buttons, allow option to hide:
A Production Pathway data default is added to hide the Labor Tracking buttons. If you don’t use them, hide them. See data default: ProductionPathway/ShowLaborTracking
Google Map Link Added:
A link to Google Maps has been added to anywhere an address is shown.
New UI for Creating Certification Statements:
There is a new Certification Statement/Misc Comments builder. This involves creating text with tokens that are replaced by Order data. See Setup/Certification Templates. Any number of templates may be created. Default templates are specified with system settings 728 - Certification Statement Template and 729 - Miscellaneous Comments Template. Templates may also be specified per Customer.
Add Requirement for Media with a Hardness Test Block:
A data default has been added to require a media item for a hardness test block. SystemManager / HardnessTesterVerification / MediaRequired. If media is required and has not been added to a selected test block, the test block may not be selected when calibration verification is performed.
Notifications: Invoice Status:
There is a new Notification for Invoices when status changes to “Approved” – “Invoice: Status – Approved.”
Production Pathway UI Update:
A major UI update has been made to Production Pathway™. This moves all actions to the row instead of a side menu (eliminating the need to scroll for the menu if there are many operations).
Equipment Media- Photos:
A photo may be attached to Equipment. This will help to identify similarly named equipment.
Nonconformance Info in Order Part Dropdowns:
The number of part related Nonconformances has been added to the part search selector for Rapid Add Order and Order Part Editor. A Link navigates to the Customer part page where part references may be viewed).
Add a Concern From a Work Order Operation Step:
A new concern may be added from the Order. Process grid "Action" menus have an "Add Concern" action. Also, Rapid Add has an action of "Concern."
Prevent Non Numeric Text Entry for Characteristic Summary Values:
These values for tested, passed and rejected originally supported text entry. This was to allow values like “100%” to be used. This is no longer supported. Only numeric values may be used. This is to allow the processing of statistical information. Existing values that are not numbers will not be editable. They may be replaced with numbers.
Additional Direct Labor Selections are Available:
Direct Labor types have been updated to allow more options. Run and Setup have been moved to Types: "DirectLabor." Now you may add additional direct labor types. (Stay tuned for the addition of indirect labor).
Allow PP User to be Identified With UserName Only:
A system setting (AllowUserNameWithoutPasswordForProductionPathway = 718) allows the username to be used instead of the badge number to identify the user when using Production Pathway. This only applies when System setting RequirePasswordForBadgeEntry (682) is false and the default shop user is the logged on user.
