Mobile Device Management
All EUSD-purchased iPads are enrolled in Mobile Device Management (MDM) through Apple's Device Enrollment Program (DEP).
This enables the following features:
Devices are automatically configured to a set of district standards each time they are restored and/or activated.
On student devices, items such as Facebook, iTunes Store, App Store are disabled. Learn more...
The Self Service app is automatically installed, which allows for users to install EUSD-approved apps.
If a device is lost or stolen it can be remotely located and/or disabled, displaying information that prompts for the iPad's return to EUSD.
