i-Ready Troubleshooting Tips for iPads
Make sure the iPad is connected to EUSD-EDU wifi network.
Make sure the following settings are in place:
Battery Low Power Mode Off
Settings - Battery - Low Power Mode - Off
Clear history and website data:
Settings > Apps > Safari > Clear History and Website Data - Select All History / Close All Tabs enabled - Click "Clear History"
If no home button is present on iPad
Swipe out of all apps by swiping up from the bottom of the screen and pause in the middle for 2 sec.
If the home button is present on iPad
Double click the home button and swipe out of all apps.
