NEW! The name of the i-Ready Diagnostic changed to i-Ready Inform. This new name aims to reflect the primary purpose of the i-Ready adaptive assessment: to equip educators, students, and families with the information needed to guide learning. The assessment remains the same.

i-Ready Troubleshooting Tips for iPads 

Make sure the iPad is connected to EUSD-EDU wifi network.

Make sure the following settings are in place:

Battery Low Power Mode Off

Settings - Battery - Low Power Mode - Off

Clear history and website data:

Settings > Apps > Safari > Clear History and Website Data - Select All History / Close All Tabs enabled - Click "Clear History"

If no home button is present on iPad

Swipe out of all apps by swiping up from the bottom of the screen and pause in the middle for 2 sec.

If the home button is present on iPad

Double click the home button and swipe out of all apps.
