Get Link
- gives you the link to the document or folder
Share
- Allows you to share it with others
- view only
- edit
- comment
Preview
- view the document in the web browser
Remove (Trash)
- removes the item from your drive
- if you are not the owner of the doc, others will still have share rights to the doc
More Actions Button
- New Folder

Google Drive works with the following formats:
EDIT, COMMENT, VIEW
- Google documents
- spreadsheets
- presentations
- drawings
VIEW ONLY
- All Microsoft Office formats
- TXT and PDF files
- Images (JPG, GIF, PNG, BMP, TIF)
- Movies (MOV, AVI, MP4)
* To view a file type that doesn’t work with Drive, you'll need to open it in the application that it was made.
To do that:
1. Select the file.
2. Download the file
3. Open In the Application on your computer.
