The Power of the Check-In: Building Phsychological Safety at every Level (3/24) - Link Post
This professional development webinar explores the critical role of psychological safety in creating strong, connected, and high-performing teams. Join us (Nora and Karen) for a lunch and learn style session about what psychological safety really means, what it looks like in practice, and how it impacts staff engagement, collaboration, and the relational work we do every day. The session will also highlight the power of intentional check-ins, a simple but effective tool for building trust, strengthening relationships, and supporting staff at every level. Attendees will leave with practical strategies and actionable ideas to create a culture where staff, volunteers, participants, and communities feel safe, seen, and supported.
Activation Cohort: The Road For All - Link Post - Reigster by 3/2
The Road For All equips Ys with the knowledge, tools, and resources necessary for a Y to be a welcoming and safe place for people of all backgrounds and experiences, while strengthening the existing goals, priorities, and commitments of the individual Y. In doing so, the YMCA creates stronger, more connected communities where everybody belongs and ensures YMCAs are responsive and relevant for generations to come. This does not replace the interanl For All Training Program requirements.
During this learning cohort we will introduce:
An overview of The Road for All national strategy
How applying an intentional GRACE approach leads to mission and business advancement at your YMCA and with the communities you serve
The new GRACE Roadmap– a resource to help your YMCA identify your YMCA’s pathway for the Road For All – and additional tools and resources to support your YMCA’s activation of the strategy
