The supervisor submits CA to correctiveactionstickets@ymcacolumbus.org for review.
The supervisor waits for feedback/suggestions/revisions
HR team will review the information provided and may ask clarifying questions. If necessary, modifications are made and the revised version is sent back for delivery.
The supervisor will deliver the CA with a witness.
The supervisor will send the signed CA back to correctiveactionstickets@ymcacolumbus.org by replying to the original ticket.
The HR team will upload the signed CA and any documentation to the employee's Incidents widget and close the ticket.
These trainings can be used to provide the staff member receiving the corrective action with the knowledge, tools, and resources to make the desired changes. The trainings are designed for professional development, and have a strengths based and positive approach to change.
LinkedIn Learning is required to access the trainings. Information on registering for an account can be found here. Staff can either register for their own account, or can watch it on someone else's account.
