-0 corrective actions during the current and previous quarter

3 Point Classes - Instructor Led & In Person Experiences

1 Point Classes - Self Paced eLearning Experiences

-If you do not meet the eligibility requirements but feel you should still be considered, please send an email explaining why you should be approved to PeopleandCulture@YMCAColumbus.orgwith your supervisor cc'd.

The 2025 P&P selection process will be released to full-time staff on 2/10

-Decisions will be shared by 2/28
