Please complete this form after you have met all of the Team Leader Certification requirements.  The training department will not verify eligibility, that is the learner's responsibility.  This can be done by accessing (not purchasing) the Team Leader Certification Exam. (Instructions)

The Team Leader Certification test is historically taken as a group at YCO.  The reason is because you are never alone, and there is always someone in the movement you can ask for help or share knowledge with.  However, the test can be taken alone if you do not want to sign up for a group session.
