How to access my FSA account and funds

Currently, the YMCA of Central Ohio FSA participants have two portals to access.   Your current portal is for tracking and submitting 2025-2026 plan year expenses, and there is a new portal for the 2026-2027 plan year that just began on 7/1/2026.  You will need to register for the new portal with instructions below.

To receive reimbursement for expenses incurred from 7/1/2025-6/30/2026, employees can log in to the Wex platform at https://apabenefits.lh1ondemand.com.  You can submit those claims incurred through 6/30/26 until 9/30/2026.   After 9/30/2026, any balance remaining up to the $680 carryover limit will be rolled over to the new portal and added to your existing 2026-2027 plan year balance.  You can also access this portal through the mobile app, which is in the App Store as APA Benefits FSA/HRA/HSA.

How to submit a claim for 2025/2026 plan year.

If you want to submit a reimbursement for expenses that have occurred since 7/1/2026, you will need to visit APA Wealth Care Portal.  You will need to register for the new portal. You can also download the new benefits app by visiting the App Store and searching APA Benefits Flex.
