There are 3 convenient ways to submit claims

1. Submit reimbursement online:

step 1: go to your online account at APA Benefits Login

step 2: select Reimburse Myself once you log in

step 3: continue to submit claims per year as you need

2. Submit reimbursement by App:

step 1: search APA Benefits Inc in the App Store

step 2: select Reimburse Myself once you log in

Step 3: continue to submit claims per year as you need

3. Submit reimbursement by form:

step 1: Complete either the manual reimbursement form or the recurring reimbursement form.

step 2: mail, email, or fax the form to the APA office for processing.
