nest sketchbook 

Create a Nest of ARTISTIC BLISS in your sketchbook.  Fill two facing sketchbook pages with art images, words, ideas, quotes, things that MAKE YOU TICK, that you care about, are your inspiration. Collage it in an interesting way and be ready to explain why you decided to collage the way you did. (planning this out first might be a great idea)

when looking for pictures that represented me I looked in magazines that were about Maine. I wanted my college to have a New England feel to it. I chose mainly nature textures like mountains, the ocean, coastal rocks, and the forest. I picked these out because I spend so much time outside. In the foreground, I chose a large fishtail as another representation of the ocean. Lastly, I chose a fox painted by a Maine artist I chose the fox to represent cleverness and independence.
