Final Reflection
Throughout the semester I was able to create many assignments that I am proud of. The projects span from sketchbook assignments to full projects. I am proud of the variety of my work overall. To highlight only a few works that I am proud of would be the Paul Klee-inspired painting that forced me to work on a time crunch but also produces a final product that I was still proud of. Followed by the nest drawing, the observational drawing, sketchbook #4, and sketchbook #5. All these projects worked on different skills and I am most proud that you are able to see that through the final product. Each project taught me something different: Sketchbooks #3 and #4 taught me how to work off of a prompt. While the nest drawing and the observational drawing taught me how to work with brand new media, most importantly the Paul Klee painting taught me that it is okay when your first idea does not always live up to your standards and to begin again. Finally, all these pieces and assignments taught me something and all lessons will be used in the future.
