Officers may commit summary executions on misbehaving units, if no NPU JURY are available.
Anarchists/Civilians falsely pretending to be CWU are to be executed.
Do not go into the rebel base borders unless it is during a base raid (or an event).
Any subdivision with explosives, or any utility like smoke grenades, are not allowed to discharge it in base unless we are being base raided by rebels or if said explosives are used for training purposes.
Do not intentionally block exits to the base.
Do not interrupt tryouts or training that are in the base, unless you are given permission to participate.
Overlook are the proprietors of all combine IC rules, therefore they can hand down enforcement on rules not expressly written, or interpret a written rule at will. They also do not need to follow specific rule jurisdiction, and can override any unit at anytime. However if seen breaking any of the rules for no reason, can be reported to AIU for investigation.
All units are required to follow their respective divisions' name formats. (E.g.: MPF UNION 09 #####)
That meaning no lowercased names, all letters have to be capitalized.
In the case of names being taken already, the following actions are allowed to be made:
> Using O instead of 0 in the 09.
> Using 0 instead of O in the UNION.
> If all else fails, using a dot at the end of a name format.J-NCOs are only able to train a recruit with perms from an on-duty commanding officer.
Combine units who disobey orders, or repeatedly ignoring them are subject to immediate arrest at the discretion of any SqL or higher.
 Upgrades Policy is as follows:
- All resource gain upgrades are to be taken as first priority each reset (with a 30k cap of resources to be maintained before starting each upgrade). The vehicle 50% cost reduction upgrade is to be taken 3rd, after this has been taken the 30k cap increases to 50k.
These are the rules on who can purchase upgrades:
- CmD+ can purchase upgrades (after the first 3 listed above) freely, OfCs must have CmD+ permission.
