Honorary & Advisors
Honorary and Advisor Rule-set:
Only ex-COs can receive Honorary.
Honoraries may not have access to CO comms or have a say on executive decisions, CO whitelist, etc.
Anyone can become an advisor. (CmD discretion, removable by CmD+)
Advisors are not allowed any executive power within a subdivision, though may have access to CO comms within the subdivisional or divisional discord they are apart of in order to provide their advice and assist COs.
Honoraries and Advisors have to update their status of activity within the subdivision, be it in game or in discords. (if found inactive the CmD should remove them, the standards on interaction and activity are up to the CmD, as long as they are realistic).
The maximum rank a honorary can reinstate to is 03 (CmD discretion) UNLESS the subdivision is in poor condition, which then any reinstatement over the rank of 03 must be DvL approved.
Honoraries may only have Advisor permissions if they are actual advisors.
No one can be an Advisor for more than three subdivisions at a time.
For a retiring CO to be eligible for honorary status, the CO must have shown that they did something of worth in order to be provided honorary. If a returning CO shows up and was not already honorary, they cannot receive honorary, it is a first come first serve basis, a reinstatement of honorary is not allowed.
Overlook Advisors are appointed by overlook to advise the overlook members, they are different from a normal divisions advisors, as they get access to main combine discord CO role, in order to have a more broad look at combine similar to overlook members themselves.
Only 5 Overlook Advisors can be around at any given time.
If needed, The PC or SeC can have an Overlook Advisor join a specific discord to give opinions and to help monitor it.
