Infiltration & Scouting
Infiltration & Scouting missions can only be granted by NCO+. NCO+ can self-grant, but only after they've made an announcement in team chat (e.g.: "Scouting rebel base" or "Infilling base to save captive")
Infiltrating & Scouting missions are defined as:
Infiltration - Working within enemy base in a way that has a tangible effect on gameplay (for example, saving captives)
Scouting - Working within enemy spawncamp boundaries in a way that has no tangible effect on gameplay (for example, completing RP tasks or actively killing enemies).
Both Infiltration & Scouting missions remove movement restrictions within base borders.
Infiltration (MACE)
No more than four units may infiltrate at once. (This does not include units that are already captured). The number may go up to 10 under special conditions, such as sanctioned events, or when a member of High Command (CmD+) has been captured.
Infiltrations must have a solid reason, including (but not limited to): stealing a vehicle, assassination of a target, stealing information from the LoR office or stealing weaponry.
Once a task has been completed, the infiltrating unit(s) must attempt to escape, or die trying. They may only engage units actively blocking their escape. They cannot ask for additional tasks.
Infiltrating units may not disrupt debriefs, tryout or training sessions by any means (killing, causing chaos, etc.). Out of base DBs and tryouts are fair game.
Any player can be targeted for assassination missions, however only one player can be chosen and they can only be assassinated once, including if they're revived.
Up to 4 people surrounding the target (bodyguards) can be killed. - Any more and it becomes a mass assassination, which can be grounds for demotion at the discretion of a MACE CO.
Shooting units in self defense whilst escaping is permissible but remember your objective is to escape.
There is a 10 minute cooldown timer for targeting the same person.
Camping vehicle spawns/stealing vehicles less than a minute after they have been purchased is grounds for demotion at the discretion of a MACE CO.
All inactive vehicles in base are eligible for destruction via C4 rolling.
Scouting (CROSS)
Only CROSS & MACE & FOXTROT (while in a manhack) can perform scouting missions. No exceptions.
Scouting units must immediately exfiltrate once spotted and can only fire back once they've exited the area.
