If players want to join a different Division, they must attend tryout for said division.. Tryouts are often held by COs, where attendees are evaluated on many different aspects. If they succeed in passing Tryouts for a Division, they will be able to join it. Each Division has its own requirements that players must meet to attend their Tryouts. During Tryouts, players may have to compete against other attendees, so it's important that everyone comes in prepared! If players fail Tryouts, they can always try again next time they happen. Answers to tryout questions aren't usually given out, so learn from your mistakes and try to find the answers on your own. Some Divisions offer Private Tryouts, which require players to privately message a CO  in order to set a time for their Tryouts. They may also have to fill in forms or other types of documents to join Private Tryouts. All Tryouts should include some form of event that gives it more substance. You maybe be tasked to do a variety of activities like: Kill house training, 1v1 practice, combat deployments, etc. 

The Nova Prospekt Cells (NPU Cells) are usually located in a safe place inside the Universal Union base (check the map for the exact location). This area is restricted to Clearance Level 4 personnel to avoid escape attempts. The JURY units will bring any Universal Union personnel that have been causing issues to the NPU cells, or the base overall, to interrogate them. Once they have a report, they will share it with other NPUs and the COs of the prisoner. The prisoner will then be released afterwards, if no further punishment is needed.

Besides being holding cells for troublemakers, the NPU cells are also used to hold captured enemies. Captured units will be interrogated by JURY units for valuable information regarding the Resistance and/or any relevant topic. Unless you are willing to assist with the questioning, you should not get in the way of the JURY units and either defend the NPU Cells' entrance(s) or simply leave the area.
