Debriefing Terms of ConductÂ
Enlisted & NCO:
Units should follow PTS upon it being called.
Units are free to put their weapons on safety or put them away. Generally putting them away is preferred to prevent accidental discharges from happening.
MSO Units are excused from debrief by default, however they are free to attend as well.
No vehicles such as rollermines, hunters, etc. should be found in the premises of the debrief room. If an OVA wishes to attend the DB, they should undeploy their vehicles first to save on resources.
Recommending an unit that recommended you first is strictly prohibited and will therefore be ignored.
Units that are found in the field while there's an ongoing DB, or are ignoring DB entirely, are subject to being captured and detained as DBs are mandatory for those not either excused or OfC-III+.
Only COs may use the stage during a DB. This does not apply when a DB is not active.
A NPU JURY must give a warning to a unit before detaining them for a rule break.
JURY units may leave DB to arrest units who are not in attendance. They can also leave the NPU line as to enforce the DB rules.
CE recommendations must have actual backup/proof, such as an instance where they are seen taking down multiple rebels at once, or generally having a large presence on the battlefield.
CO:
Do not shoot participants. Have a JURRY detain any misbehaving units instead. (If a JURY is not available, then this is voided).
Up to 12 people can be promoted in 1 DB. (DvL+ can approve of more than 12)
Ranked units from 06-04 must show teamwork and cooperation in order to be promoted.
For a DB to be hosted by an officer, permission to do so MUST be granted by the highest-ranked officer online.
SqLs are able to host DBs. However, they must have a CO whitelist and permission to do so from a CO (The latter is voided if there is no active CO).
The Site Administrator (Leader of CWU) can host DB freely, unless a CmD+ tells them otherwise, any other type of CWU is unable to host DB.
If a DB is found to be hosted poorly and in a disorganized manner, anyone above the rank of CmD may take over the DB.
