Prisoner & Capturing
NPU JURY can do a unique /me involving interrogation prior to each roll. EX: /me takes out his stunstick, turns it on, and electrocutes the prisoner. Silly or "mingey" /mes will always result in failure no matter the roll amount.
The moment a cuffed/captured unit enters base borders, they fall under jurisdiction of NPU JURY. Do not attempt to take or mess with said prisoner.
If NPU tell you to get away from the entrance of the cells, listen to them. Crowding the cells is not acceptable.
Do not mess around with an NPU guarding the cell entrance EX: a RIOT guarding the front most likely means we have someone of value inside the cells.
The outcome of a prisoner is entirely up to the NPU JURY. For example, an OTA DvL wants to exchange a prisoner for an APC, but the JURY wants to execute him. In this case the NPU JURY will decide the fate of the prisoner, the OTA DvL's suggestion will remain a suggestion.
Do not obstruct the path of an NPU JURY while they transport a prisoner to the cells.
An officer can order an NPU JURY to apprehend a misbehaving unit, but this order can be overruled by a higher officer or any NPU officer of any subdivision of any rank.
In the event of the highest ranking officer being captured by resistance forces and there has been no contact in which the officer in question has been rescued or KIA, they are likely to have been brainwashed. If they are seen on the field without an MP (Military Police for the rebels) escort, their orders may be ignored by the second highest on-duty officers and they can decide amongst themselves what to do upon reaching contact with the highest ranking officer, be it via officer comms or combine encrypted channels.
