One of the biggest struggles we’ve had on this journey is getting everyone to 100% believe that this is NOT vacation. Trying to get our head in the mindset that this is “Home” and we are going to “School” while doing this has been a challenge. None of us have been immune to this disease either. It just seems to be par for the course. HOWEVER, every school gets a Spring Break, right?! Well, it’s now time for our Spring Break!! Woo Hoo!

Most people don’t know that Disney World has an on-property RV Campground and in true Disney fashion, it is over-the-top massive and over-the-top nice. Our last Disney experience was at Disneyland where we tried to see and do everything in 2 long days. We had fun, but it was just too much stuff in too little time. Learning from our “Mistakes” we decided to spend 9 Days at this campground and buy 7-day park passes. Yep, that’ll do!

Hollywood Studios has a lot of little "Street Shows" where movie characters come out and do fun stuff right in front of you and the kids usually get to jump in and participate. This one obviously involved the characters from "The Incredibles".

Grant managed to find one of the obscure little sculptures at the side of the show and couldn't give a hoot about the live characters.

Here's a fun fact: 2 adults and 3 kids do NOT fit in a Tea Cup! Trust me, it's just not possible.

This is the "Avatar Flight of Passage" ride and it is an amazing 3D ride like you've never seen before!

We are on the "Expedition Everest" ride here and Grant is pretty excited to catch a glimpse of the Yeti! .....an animal he has not seen since riding the Matterhorn at Disneyland.

The Seven Dwarfs Mine Train is unique from the standpoint that the cars actually pivot as the coaster is moving.

Grace and I share a common love for Splash Mountain. For me, it's cute, fun and a tad "campy" with its nostalgic Disney songs and characters, while also having that "Thrill Ride" aspect at the end. For Grace, it simply has a central theme of bunnies.

Pro tip from me to you: put as much weight as possible in the front of the "log". You get the nose of the log to hit the water with some extra weight and you'll get an extra splash! Myself and two kids did the job very nicely.

At this point, we had watched fireworks from our Campground and from the front of the castle. This night, however, we watched them from the backside of the castle. It was a great perspective because they are actually launched from here. You miss out on the light show that they do up front, but.....oh well.

I didn't buy any of the pictures they take while you are actually on the rides, but I managed to get this one from our Disney account without the watermark. Not sure why they didn't watermark it without me paying for it, but it made me laugh.

I take a great deal of pride in caring for my vehicles. I like it when they are well maintained and the paint is shiny and protected. One thing that I have struggled with out on the road is the fact that A LOT of campground don't allow vehicle washing. Here at Disney though, they are just fine with it. It had been a while since the RV had received a "proper" wash, so I took the opportunity to clean it up and make it shine.
