Remember that the staff of Svajone are volunteers. While we will endeavour to respond to your enquiry in a timely manner, we are working adults with varied schedules and we are not available every hour of the day.
FAQ Journal
If you have a question, you can leave a comment on the FAQ journal, located HERE. A member of staff will reply to your question. The FAQ journal is suitable for non-members and members.
Note the group
If you have a question which is more complex, which is sensitive in nature, or if you would like us to check a character application or design, you can send a note to the group. Simply visit our group page, and click 'send a note' on the left hand side panel. A member of staff will reply to your question as soon as possible. Noting the group is suitable for non-members and members.
Discord
Members can use the #questions channel for all their burning questions, including role requests.
Discord TicketTool
The preferred method of communication. Using TicketTool, members can open a ticket to discuss personal plots, pack plots, work out histories for incoming characters, check and approve designs, or discuss problems or concerns in a secure private environment. Members must follow the ticketing system guidelines, which are available to view within the #support-ticket channel.
