Actions your character takes have consequences. Any plots which involve a character breaking the laws must be communicated to and vetted by the Alpha players beforehand.
Stonehaven does not tolerate disobedience and noncomformity among their ranks, and most infractions on pack law will warrant severe consequences.
No Tundeswolf may kill another in cold blood (Tundeswolves are those hailing from Stonehaven, Taika, or Skydas). To willfully take the life of a wolf from a sister clan is a grave crime, and Stonehaven will not play host to murderers. While Haveners may be inclined to attack unwanted visitors from sister clans, they are not to employ lethal force unless given a direct order to do so by their Vajda.
Consequences for killing a wolf from Stonehaven or a sister clan: penance → demotion → conclave → scarification & exile or death
No harm may come to pups of any faction. It is in Stonehaven's best interest to preserve the lives of the next generation, especially by means of raising and rearing pups. To give a Stonehaven pup to another faction, especially the Kol, is considered negligent.

The unsanctioned use of magic is strictly prohibited. Until they have reached the rank of Prime, afflicted may only use their powers under the supervision of an Acolyte or natural peer. No Afflicted, regardless of rank, may use their magic on their fellow Haveners. While accidents are bound to happen, an afflicted who seeks to harm their packmates in cold blood or to gain the upper-hand in honorable combat will face harsh consequences. Afflicted are, however, permitted to use their magic against enemies if the need arises

Pack law is to be upheld at all times. No wolf may act as an accomplice or passive participant in another wolf's crime. Likewise, any wolf found to have encouraged law-breaking activity, attempted to deceive their peers, or otherwise spread discent amongst the ranks will be punished accordingly. On a similar vein, wolves are not to behave in a way that puts themselves or thier packmates in danger.
Consequences for breaking pack laws or acting as a passive participant in another wolf's crimes: penance → demotion → conclave → scarification & exile or death
No wolf may perform rituals or rites that are rooted in island mysticism or spirituality (e.g., sacrifices, prayer, meditation, blood rituals, communing with spirits, etc.).

The dead are not to be disturbed nor their final resting place desecrated. Bleakfalls Barrow is a sacred place of mourning and all who venture there must respect the sanctiity of the space. Under no circumstances will wolves be permitted to exume or study the dead.

Stonehaven's security is to be safeguarded at all costs. No wolf may deliver information or reveal pack secrets (accidentally or intentionally) to any faction.
Consequences for revealing secrets to a rival faction: suspension of rank → penance → demotion → conclave → scarification & exile or death
The Vajda has absolute authority in all matters. To defy the Vajda or speak out against them is considered high treason. All wolves of Stoneahven must pledge themselves to the cause and swear fealty to its leader.
Consequences for defying the Vajda's authority and/or speaking against Stonehaven's creed: penance → demotion → conclave → scarification & exile
The Kol are Stonehaven's greatest adversary and must be treated as such. Kolwolves are to be attacked on sight. No Havener may be in contact with nor offer aid to a Kolwolf without the Vajda's consent.

Pack hierarchy is to be respected and maintained at all times. Those who hold higher ranks are in command of those who hold lesser ranks regardless of their trade. A wolf may not try to convince another that they wield more power than their superiors nor may they perform the duties of a trade they have not been formally trained in.
Consequences for disrespecting or undermining authority: penance → demotion or exile if Null
While mateship is considered a personal and private decision, breeding rights are reserved for only the high ranks (Tradewolf and above). Wolves must first seek the Vajda's blessing before conceiving. It is forbidden to take an outsider as a mate and any pups born from such a union will be taken from the unlawful parent and given to a more suitable guardian.

Haveners are not to withhold knowledge whether it pertain to themselves or others. Strange dreams, magical afflictions, and other supernatural experiences are to be reported to an Acolyte immediately who will then elevate it to the Vajda and Valonqar. Likewise, delinquency, treason, social unrest, and other suspicious activities are to be reported to a superior at once.

No Havener, regardless of rank and trade, may leave the bounds of the territory without the Vajda's consent. If they are permitted to venture into the freelands or visit a sister clan, they must report to the Vajda immediatly upon their return. Similarly, outsiders may not enter the territory without first receiving the Vajda's blessing to do so. Wolves without a rank are not to leave Sanctum and its grounds unattended under any circumstance. Wolves may choose to leave Stonehaven if they wish, but this decision must be considered carefully for a wolf who turns away from Haven may not be welcomed back.

Casual relations with outsiders is prohibited and Haveners are not to fraternize with wolves beyond their borders. In the even that contact is made, all interactions must be in the pack's best interest (e.g., engaging with the intent to gather intel or recruit outsiders to the cause).

A wolf without a rank is a wolf without a voice. Null are not allowed to attend pack meetings. Seconds may attend in the company of their mentor, but they are not permitted to speak.
Consequences for speaking out of turn as a lowranking wolf: warning → suspension of rank → penance → demotion or exile if Null
Resources are scarce in the western reaches, and so Haveners are not to squander their limited supplies (prey, herbs, etc.) nor use them with selfish or wasteful intent.
Consequences for squandering supplies: warning → suspension of rank → penance → demotion or exile if Null
Haveners must take great care to carry out any directive given to them by their Vajda. Failure to complete missions or specialized assignments will result in punishment.
Consequences for failing an assignment: warning → suspension of rank → penance → demotion or exile if Null
A wolf may not remain Null for more than two seasons (6 months). Wolves who cannot commit to a trade and contribute to the cause are no better than pests and will be exiled.
A wolf may not remain a Second for more than four seasons (12 months). Wolves who cannot master the disciplines of their chosen trade within the alloted time period will be demoted back to Null and expected to choose a different trade, hopefully one that better suits their talents.
Only able-bodied wolves may take up a trade and venture into the territory. Wolves with disabilities or impairments that interfere with their ability to perform their duties will be forced into retirement.
