Organizing a Plan to Execute
Today students put the SCRUM tools and learning to use. Giving them a specific time to do a stand up meeting so they process how to take ownership of the work as a group along with individual accountability.
Today will need to be a bit more guided until they grasp the flow and responsibility.
Main goal is to develop a project planning form(provided) to be able to share with educators two days later.
Learning is a cycle of reflective team work + problem solving framework in order to be authentic real world problem solvers.
Teams working to come up with a plan of action for the day.
Learning is not a one size fits all. We must allow the space to expand and contract with their learning.
Sticky notes - colors and size matter when it comes to organizing tasks and ideas. Each team has a different approach that works for them.
Modalities of work where we might need to stand, we might need to sit, we might need a device or we might need paper. However, we all benefit from natural light!
