That presentation, in its entirety, needs to be posted on the city website. And it needs to be part of the public record for their application. NU made many promises and promised a lot of revenue to the city to sway elected officials voted. Should this go further, ALL OF THE PROMISES NEED TO BE CODIFIED.
Please post the presentation.

There are just too many important issues on Monday night's agenda to limit public comments to a total of 45 minutes. The public dialogue regarding the Budget discussion is too important to limit dialogue at all. The NU dialogue also deserves to be open ended. And the remainder of the agenda includes other very important discussion items.
I suggest that the NU item be removed from the agenda in its entirety. My understanding is that documents requested by Alderman Rue Simmons and Rainey (Welsch Ryan Arena parking, traffic, and financial impact studies) cannot be found or were never prepared. These studies should have been prepared for the most recent zoning change request, but were not. The fact that the studies were not even prepared for the original building application wreaks of gross negligence on the part of the city and reinforces what is now known to be clear bias by city officials in favor of Northwestern University.
Ramrodding NU's Zoning Change through without Northwestern having met its burden (as the applicant), will draw intense focus on council members who should recuse themselves because of their friendships and other personal affiliations with the applicant (and key members of the applicant 's team).
The NU dialogue deserves its own council meeting once the applicant provides all of the proper documentation.
Open ended dialogue is required for tomorrow evening 's meetings.
Thank 3,
Mike Vasiliko

To: Eleanor Revelle, Erika StorlieHello Erika and Eleanor,
With the exception of Eleanor, Melissa, Cicely and Tom, last nights vote in favor of the amendment was disgraceful. People had wrong or no information regarding the financial benefits, current uses and a previous case that was also passed incorrectly in the industrial district.
I believe that I heard Alderman Wilson say that there are for profit events at the stadium already. The plan commission also seemed to confuse the point that receiving money as a non-profit does not make an organization or district a for profit entity.
However, the reason I am emailing again is because I would like to know where to look to find the correct amount of athletic tax the city receives from NU and has received over the past few years. I can only find actual amounts for 2016 and 2017 and they are in and they are under $1,000,000. Where is that other $450,000 accounted for. Can you please send me documentation on this also.
Also, some of the alderman, said that is was about the money, but residents never received anything from the chamber documenting the statements Mr. Sosa made that a zoning change would bring in over $1,200,000. In his presentation at the P&D Mr. Sosa stated he had the documentation. I had requested that data last week and never received it.
It was a surprise no one in the city required that it financial information be evaluated or that there was no economic pro forma presented by Northwestern to at least try to justify this vote.
I would hope that we are better than DC and that correct and factual information matters.
Please provide the chamber survey results as well as the financial documentation Mr. Sosa stated he had.
I appreciate your assistance,
Thank you

To: Fiske Cc:Erika StorlieAlderman Fiske,
Please tell me exactly where you found the parking study prepared by Northwestern that you referred to at city council last night.
I have been asking to see a parking study that Northwestern would have (actually should have) prepared for the current Zoning change application and for the original Welsh Ryan Arena project. You remember right, when both Alderman Rue Simmons and Rainey asked for the previous project studies? That is of course until last night when both aldermen came down with amnesia.
You specifically said that you saw a parking study.
Erika Storlie has not responded to my repeated requests nor has she provided a copy of any Northwestern studies.
Tell us EXACTLY where you found one.
Thank you,
Mike Vasilko
