1994 - Indoor Facility Promises

Sarah Fitzmorris states, under oath, "Quoting from a May 23, 1994 letter addressed to Dyche Stadium neighbors from the Director of Athletics and Recreation of the University, regarding proposed erection of an indoor facility, Mr. Taylor states, "Since an indoor facility will not be used for competition, we believe the impact of such a facility might have upon the neighborhood would be minimal".
