ZONING OBJECTION
ZPC 95-0004-T and ZBA 96-6-SU(R)
We the undersigned, being owners or tenants of property in Evanston, Illinois, hereby object to the issuance of a special use permit for the University Athletic Facilities in the U2 zoning district, commonly known as 1501 Central St., which would allow an annual professional indoor tennis event limited to seven consecutive days. We further object to a proposed amendment of section 6-15-6-3 and any other related sections of the zoning ordinance to list professional indoor tennis events as a special use in the U2 zoning district.
