Subject: Public Comment: Item P5 of City Council Meeting on June 14, 2021

Dear Evanston City Council Members, Evanston Mayor Biss, and Evanston Clerk Mendoza,

In the interest of saving public comment time at the June 14 City Council meeting, my wife and I are emailing the attached brief PowerPoint file for your consideration regarding Item P5 on the upcoming City Council agenda for June 14, 2021. The attached comments provide a response to the presentation given by Mr. Dave Davis at the May 24, 2021 City Council meeting.

We own and reside in a single-family home at [address],. in Evanston (7^th Ward). Our property is immediately adjacent to the Northwestern University parking lot on the east side of the U2 Zoning District.

We again respectfully request that the City Council reject the Northwestern University request for extension of the U2 zoning amendment. Please include the attached public comments in the official meeting record. I would be happy to discuss further if you have questions.
