Dr Solomon LEE Kui-nang

Dr Solomon LEE Kui-nang joined the Senior Scout Troop of the 35th Hong Kong Group (Ling Ying College) and attained the highest sectional award – The Queen’s Scout Badge in 1950s. LUKE, Colony Commissioner, over hundreds of Scouts and Scouters provided their assistance in different relief work in Shek Kip Mei. At that time, Dr LEE was responsible for distributing blankets and supplies to the victims.

In 1963, Dr LEE stepped down as a frontline Scouter and became a Lay Member of Hong Kong Island Eastern District Scout Council. Dr LEE became the Vice President of Hong Kong Island Region in the 1980s, President of the Region in 2003 and Vice President of the Association in 2005. He is the Honorary President of the Association and the Honorary President of Hong Kong Island Region currently.
