長期服務四星奬章

長期服務四星獎章是獎勵服務童軍運動超過55年的領袖及會務委員。截至2021年10月，獲頒發長期服務四星獎章的獲獎者共有47位，當中10位再獲長期服務五星獎章，即服務65年或以上，實難能可貴。

這裏除列出至今*曾獲長期服務四星獎章的名單外，亦會介紹其中一些得獎者的經歷。由於展櫃位置有限，無法逐一詳細介紹。希望可以鼓勵年青成員繼續努力、學效前輩們的無私付出；並且對昔日童軍運動有多一點認識。

This is the list of Long Service Medal with 4 Stars holders means that they had served at least 55 years in Hong Kong Scouting. Most of them were warranted leaders and became Lay Members after 65 years of age. Only a few of them were Lay Members when they joined the Scout Movement. There are total 47 Long Service Medal with 4 Stars holders at the end of October 2021. Due to limited space for the exhibit-cabinets, only a few veteran Scouters are selected for a detail introduction.
