何炳釗先生

何炳釗一直以區務委員會委員身份支持童軍運動，自1953年服務離島區童軍，至長洲區在1991年成立，即出任區務委員會副主席。及後長洲區因行政架構變更，先後改稱作離島西區及離島區，何先生仍以副主席身份繼續支持和服務該區童軍。2018年6月26日，服務離島童軍半個世紀多的何先生獲長期服務五星獎章。

Mr HO Ping-chiu has been supporting the Scout Movement as a member of the District Scout Council since 1953, serving in Cheung Chau District (later renamed Western Maritime District and Islands District). In 1961, Mr HO became the Vice Chairman since the established of the District Scout Council. Mr HO was awarded the Long Service Medal with 5 stars on 26 June 2018 after serving as the Vice Chairman for over half a century.
