鄺啟濤博士, MH 

年輕時的鄺啟濤處於抗戰期間，熱血滿胸毅然投筆從戎、響應委員長「一寸山河一寸血、十萬青年十萬軍」的號召，回應大時代呼聲，參加知識青年從軍運動，編在青年軍第209師。抗戰勝利後，復員來港投身教育工作，並受訓於政府鄉村師範學校。

在鄉村師範畢業的鄺啟濤前輩，1956年加入總部的小狼輔助團，自始數十年來除從事教育工作外，也於童軍運動服務青少年，在德智體群美方面培育下一代。在2012年鄺博士獲總會頒長期服務四星獎章。 

Dr Joseph KWONG Kai-to joined the Youth Army during the WWII. He was assigned to 209th Division of the Youth Army. After the victory, Dr KWONG moved to Hong Kong and enrolled to the Rural Training College and trained as a teacher.

At that time, he has joined the HECUBA and trained as a Scouter as well as a teacher. He started his lifelong Scouting involvement since then in the mid-1950s. He served the young people in both education field and Scouting. Dr KWONG was awarded the Long Service Medal with 4 Stars in 2012.
